Keepme Customer Success Team Shines as Gold Sponsor at Plus Fitness Event

Plus Fitness, with 200 gyms across Australia & New Zealand, organized this event exclusively for Plus Franchisees, providing Franchisees with invaluable education, and us with a fantastic opportunity to connect with our customers in person. We were excited to dive into their experiences and offer guidance designed to enhance each individual club's utilization of the Keepme platform and in doing so, ensure their customers would benefit from optimized member experiences.

The event, expertly coordinated and led by Gordon Martin, Director at Plus Fitness, boasted over 200 delegates, and featured key Keepme representatives, namely Michelle Thavasi, Director of Customer Success and Operations, and Daniel Pugh, Customer Success Manager - APAC.

As a prominent exhibitor in the Technology Corner, the Keepme crewe were in good company, alongside “Vivalabs”, Plus Fitnesses in-house technology arm, responsible for launching "The Hub," their in-house Membership Management System. The Hub was successfully launched at its first location in Tuggeranong on October 20th, with Keepme committed to integrating with The Hub in the near future, further strengthening a truly collaborative partnership.

The event's theme for this year, 'Connect,' aligned seamlessly with Keepme's platform features, enabling Plus Fitness Franchises to connect with their lead prospects through various communication channels. The event's speakers emphasized the importance of establishing meaningful connections with leads and members by personalizing communication approaches and valuing curiosity in uncovering common ground. The overarching goal was to shift from a transaction-focused business model to one that prioritizes building and nurturing relationships.

Daniel took to the stage and delivered a best practice demonstration, showcasing the true potential of the Keepme platform and how it can be optimally leveraged to benefit both fitness operators and their members. He also surprised the Franchisee’s with a sneak peak at the upcoming Keepme Academy - the dedicated, interactive learning experience currently in development for all Keepme customers. This hands-on demonstration not only provided our Plus Fitness customers with a comprehensive insight into the platform, but also highlighted our unwavering commitment to offering exceptional support, ensuring that every user is equipped and empowered to harness the platform's full potential to improve their fitness facility.

We had an overwhelmingly positive response from franchisees who praised their experience with Keepme's services, particularly the V3 upgrades, campaigns, and the forms upgrade. Justin Green, Consultant, who supports multiple Plus franchises, shared his positive feedback, saying, "From the campaigns we've been running, they're very effective. For example, for our end-of-financial year sale, I managed to generate 125 leads across five or six gyms."

Enhancing Franchisee Experience with V3 Upgrades

Keepme's dedication to enhancing the user experience and the overall look and feel of the platform resonated well with franchisees. They expressed their satisfaction with the high level of support regularly provided by the customer services team. Kate Piper, Owner of Plus Fitness Carseldine, Douglas and Minyama, attested to this stating, “The support we get from Keepme is fantastic, often we get a response within 30 minutes and there's always a high level of attention to detail. They want to help. They want to make it easy for us to do business and they support my team, which helps me daily.”

Awards Night Celebration

The event culminated in a glittering awards night set on the truly impressive playing field at Parramatta's Commbank Stadium, celebrating the accomplishments of top Plus Fitness players. Keepme was delighted to be part of this event, proudly sponsoring the 'Local Area Marketing' award, taken home by the well deserved Penrith franchise.

Building Personal Connections and the Power of Face-to-Face Interaction

Having got to meet so many of the people he speaks with on a daily basis over video call,  Daniel reported:  "What can I say? I am buzzed about the enhanced sense of connection we have with our Plus Fitness customers! The feedback was amazing and meeting face-to-face has added an fresh dynamic to how our relationship will operate going forward.Technology is great and naturally we use it every day, but the personal connections made at this event emphasize the power of human interactions, something we tell our customers to focus on while they let our automations do the grunt work for them."

Keepme's Commitment to Ongoing Value and Education

This event allowed us to highlight Keepme’s continual commitment and dedication to our customers, we never want to stop providing value and education on the platform once a client has been onboarded. Michelle Thavasi, Director of Customer Success and Operations stated “At Keepme, our commitment to our customers goes beyond just software. It was incredibly valuable to meet our Plus Fitness partners in person, to connect, and to offer further education on the power of what they have in their hands with the Keepme platform. We're immensely proud to be a trusted partner of Plus Fitness, and this event has reaffirmed our dedication to their success."
