Keepme shortlisted for Technology Company of The Year Award

Celebrating APAC’s leading health, fitness & wellness brands and executives, the FIT Summit’s 2023 Awards of Excellence, recognize leading companies and executives from across health, fitness, wellness, and hospitality in the Asia Pacific Region. Each award is based on their achievements and successes in the past 12 months.

They will present 12 awards this year and Keepme was delighted to have been announced as one of the finalists in the category for “Technology Company of The Year 2023″.

This category is dedicated to showing the achievements of any fitness, wellness, or lifestyle technology company (software, hardware systems or platform – b2b and or b2c). The prestigious award is based on successful commercial expansion in APAC, albeit future scalability, technology advancement, and perception as industry game changers, with positive returns of investment to its customers. The extent of industry collaboration is also judged.

Since its establishment in Singapore in 2018, Keepme has emerged as the leading CRM and marketing platform designed specifically for fitness operators. In the past year alone, Keepme revenue has grown by an impressive 288%, with a corresponding increase of 185% in customer base. Notably, Keepme successfully delivered 230 sites to Australia’s Viva Leisure business within a 10-week timeframe.

Keepme’s foundation is built on the power of AI with the goal of empowering fitness businesses of all sizes, be it single-site establishments or multinational enterprises, to harness this exciting technology for improved sales conversion and customer retention. Taking things one step further, this summer Keepme will be bringing a new tool to market in collaboration with ChatGPT.

In addition, the upcoming v3 release will introduce 32 additional features, including A/B testing. 

These advancements underline Keepme’s commitment to continuously evolve its tools, resulting in exceptional outcomes for operators, such as an extended customer lifetime value by more than nine months, a 30% reduction in dormancy rates, and a 100% increase in upgrade revenue.

Winners of the 12 categories that make up the 2023 Awards of Excellence, will be judged by 100 expert judges from 50 industry partners. Results will be announced during the Awards Ceremony Dinner, at Raffles City Convention Centre in Singapore on June 13th.
