Mixed Response Rates: North American multi-site gyms have the shortest email response time at 65 minutes but also the lowest response certainty, with 67% of email inquiries going unanswered.
Slow Social Media Responses: Facebook and Instagram inquiries took an average of 1148 and 1678 minutes respectively, with more than half of all inquiries left unanswered.
Limited FAQ Availability: Only 47% of gym websites included FAQ sections, reducing opportunities for prospects to self-serve and gain quick answers to basic inquiries.
